Foracort 200 Inhaler is a medicine that treats and prevents symptoms of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).  It combines Budesonide, a corticosteroid that lowers inflammation in the airways, and Formoterol, a long-acting bronchodilator that aids in the relaxation of airway muscles, allowing for easier breathing.  This dual-action solution relieves and controls respiratory symptoms like wheezing, shortness of breath, and chest tightness.  Foracort 200 is normally taken on a regular basis and should not be used to treat acute asthma attacks.  With constant use, it reduces the frequency and severity of asthma attacks while also improving overall lung function.
